Gemi App Plus Subscription Agreement

Welcome to the Gemi App Plus subscription service. By subscribing to Gemi App Plus, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before subscribing.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to Gemi App Plus, you agree to be bound by this Subscription Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not subscribe to Gemi App Plus.

2. Subscription Services

Gemi App Plus provides the following premium features:

• AI-powered analysis and feedback on your diary entries.
• Automatic weekly report generation.
• Enhanced reminders for follow-up tasks.
• Cloud synchronization through iCloud.

3. Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans for Gemi App Plus, including monthly and yearly options. The details of each plan, including pricing, are available within the Gemi App. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Payment and Renewal

Payment for the subscription will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen plan.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

5. Use of AI Features

By enabling AI features in Gemi App Plus, you agree that your recorded content will be submitted to an external AI model for analysis. This data will not be stored on our servers or your device.

6. Data Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. All your data remains on your local device and is synchronized across devices via iCloud. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Subscription Agreement at any time. The updated agreement will be posted within the Gemi App, and the revised terms will take effect immediately upon posting. By continuing to use Gemi App Plus after any modifications, you agree to the updated terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Gemi App Plus at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Subscription Agreement or is harmful to other users of Gemi App, us, or third parties.

9. Governing Law

This Subscription Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
