Can I export my journal?
Markdown is the currently selectable export format. Export settings include an option for images. Check the exported text and any attachments you need, then open a sample in another reader. Saving a file alone does not verify that all your content has been backed up.
This website does not list PDF or JSON as selectable formats. The export flow may require sign-in; follow the current in-app prompt.
Moving phones or missing synced entries?
- Check that both devices use the intended Apple account, and review iCloud and app sync settings.
- Check the connection, available iCloud space and any sync status shown in the app.
- Keep the original device’s data while syncing, and verify sample entries and attachments.
- If the issue persists, contact support through Settings. Do not delete the original data before confirming the transfer.
Recording or transcription problems?
Check microphone and speech recognition permissions in system settings and try a quieter environment. Listen to the audio or review the text before saving. Cloud transcription also requires a connection and is subject to current sign-in and credit conditions.
How do I contact support?
Open Gemi’s settings and choose Feedback. Include the steps, app version and operating system. Hide private entries in any screenshots. The examples on this website are not your account data.
Missing a feature or a purchase?
Confirm that you installed the official app and review its current version and access prompts. Sign-in, subscriptions and AI credits are separate conditions. A feature appearing in a screenshot does not mean every account has identical access.
